Ginger Turmeric Turkey Meatballs
Anyone else scarfing down as much ginger and turmeric as they can to help fire up their immune systems? Honestly, I just love how they taste together, and I was able to score a stash of fresh turmeric in one of my produce delivery boxes about a month ago and have been putting it in everything ever since.
My ginger turmeric turkey meatballs are tender, juicy, and packed full of flavor. While ginger and turmeric are the main stars, garlic, cilantro, and fish sauce make for a really tasty supporting role. The meatballs come together in minutes and are great served with just about anything. My favorite way to eat them is with a bowl of saucy noodles and some crunchy veggies, a quick and easy meal that the whole family will love.
